We’re thrilled to share a major milestone for leadership development at KOSTAL! Our brand-new leadership program, Leading Leaders Core Journey, has just launched. Tailored for our leaders at the "leading leaders" level, this program is designed to strengthen essential leadership skills and drive lasting growth.

Our first module took place in Frankfurt, 22–24 September 2025, bringing together a vibrant group of leaders committed to personal growth and KOSTAL’s success.
