Simone Stanzel, Global Director of Advanced Quality Planning at KOSTAL Automobil Elektrik, has been elected to the Steering Committee of the VDA Women Experts Network. Through her involvement in the network and in VDA committee work, she brings KOSTAL’s expertise to bear on key future issues facing the automotive industry.
Quality, innovation and diversity are key factors for the success of tomorrow’s mobility. Playing an active role in shaping industry standards and engaging in professional dialogue within the automotive industry make an important contribution to this. KOSTAL is represented on the Steering Committee of the VDA Women Experts Network by Simone Stanzel.
The VDA Women Experts Network brings together specialists and managers from the automotive industry, promotes exchange between female experts and enhances the visibility of women in technical and managerial roles. In her role on the Steering Committee, Simone Stanzel helps to further develop the network and shape future initiatives.
In addition to her involvement in the Women Experts Network, Simone Stanzel is also active in the committee work of the VDA QMC (Quality Management Centre). There, she contributes her expertise on key future topics in the automotive industry – from the further development of quality standards and stable processes in the supply chain to the increasing demands posed by software and electronic components in modern vehicles.
