Change of leadership in the finance function of KOSTAL Group

After six years as a member of the Group Management Board and Global CFO of KOSTAL Group, Dr. Gregor Schmeken is handing over the finance function to Mathias Orschiedt as planned.

The handover on 1 July 2026 is part of a succession plan that has been in the works for some time and ensures continuity in the financial management of the family-owned business. Dr. Schmeken will continue to support the transition in an advisory capacity until the end of July.

The transition comes at a time when important milestones have been reached: the long-term securing of financing, the further development of governance and management structures, and significant steps towards modernising the organisation and service structures.
