Since the company was founded in 1912, the KOSTAL Group has succeeded in ensuring continuous growth. The reasons for the sustained business growth include a high degree of customer orientation and rigorous adaptation to the demands placed on the company arising from the continued globalisation of the world economy.
Today, KOSTAL has round about 19,100 staff worldwide. The number of employees at the foreign subsidiaries has steadily risen since the start of the 90s. Today, more than 83% of all KOSTAL employees work outside of Germany.
