The apprentices, HR, the works council/the JAV and trainers recently spent a great day together at the Schneckenhaus in Lüdenscheid. An entertaining "Apprenticeship Challenge" included sports activities as well as knowledge and skill games - always with the aim of promoting informal exchange and spending quality time together away from apprenticeship topics.
